The health of our team and customers is our top priority. Here’s how we create a safe working environment:

• Regular Air Monitoring: We conduct annual tests to ensure a clean and safe factory environment.
• Employee Health Screening: Lung health screenings are conducted regularly to monitor the wellbeing of our team.
• Wet Cutting Processes: We use advanced wet cutting techniques throughout our manufacturing process to minimize dust and maintain air quality.
• Factory Maintenance: Daily cleaning and machine upgrades ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Preparing for Your Stone Installation

To ensure a seamless and safe experience, we ask our customers to follow these steps before we begin your project:

1. Finalise Your Cabinets

   • All cabinets must be installed and finalized before we take measurements for your stone.
   • Any changes to cabinet sizes that affect the stone measurements should be communicated immediately. Additional visits may incur extra costs.

2. Have Fixtures Ready

   • Please ensure all sinks, cooktops, and taps are on-site before our check measure. This allows us to accurately measure cutout sizes.

3. Position Power Points

   • For projects requiring power points in the stone, their positions should be finalised before the check measure.
   • Power point cutouts are completed in our factory, so no changes can be made after installation.

4. Prepare for Renovations

   • For renovation projects, remove the old splashback before our check measure.
   • If you need assistance removing the old benchtop, please inform us in advance.

On-Site Safety Measures

While wet cutting is standard in our factory, it cannot be performed on-site due to safety concerns. As a result:

• Cutting in internal areas is avoided unless absolutely necessary.
• We strive to maintain a clean and safe job site for every installation.
